1. Description of Service

Remindo is a cloud-based task and service management platform designed for businesses. Our services include:

• Task creation, assignment, and tracking
• Client and service management
• Automated service reminders via email and WhatsApp
• Document management and storage
• Team collaboration and role-based access

2. Account Registration

To use Remindo, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through our notification features.
• Upload malicious files or content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.

4. Email and WhatsApp Notifications

By using our notification features, you agree that:

• You have the necessary consent from recipients to send them notifications.
• You will only send transactional, service-related messages.
• You will not use our platform to send marketing or promotional content through these channels.
• You will respect opt-out requests from recipients.
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable messaging laws and regulations.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or create on the platform. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Access to Remindo requires an active subscription.
• Subscription plans, pricing, and features are as described at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remindo and BACS Technology FZE L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
